Why The Name?

Why name my blog Apple Blossoms? Well, it’s kind of a long and funny story… For several years the phrase ‘apple blossoms’ has been almost my writing insignia. Apples and apple trees have always been a sign of love and home, grandparents and cousins. My grandparents have always had apple trees. The phrase Apple Blossoms also holds a connection with some of my dear books. But the real reason I named my blog such is this: apple Blossoms are a symbol of Hope for better things to come. That settled it. That is indeed what this blog is! A glorious looking forward to the better things to come; when Jesus Christ comes and transforms this broken world and wipes away every tear from our face. Come quickly Lord Jesus!

For the Mending, Josie
